Deposit Policy: Reservations require a deposit of 100% of the first night's stay.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less that 48 hours before arrival will be charged one night's stay plus taxes.
No-Show Policy: No-shows will forfeit their deposit of one night's stay plus taxes. For longer reservations an additional 25% of the remaining balance will be charged.
Check-In: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Earlier check-in may be available. Please check with the manager.
Check-Out: Check-out ends at 11:00 AM. An additional day's rent may be charged for late checkouts. Late check-out may be available on request; check with the front desk.
Pet Policy: A non-refundable fee of $20.00 per night/per dog will be charged. No more than 2 dogs are allowed. Pets are not to be left in the room unattended. Guests are liable for any and all damages caused by their pet(s).
Smoking Policy: All our rooms are non-smoking. An extra cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged for smoking in the rooms. Ash Trays are provided in outdoor areas for your convenience.
Taxes & City Fees: 10% of total stay plus $3.00 per night. Applicable taxes and fees are subject to change without notice.
Lost Keys: A $25.00 re-keying fee will be charged for any key not returned.
Damage Policy: Guest will be held 100% liable for any damages to the property or stolen items and will be charged accordingly.
Privacy Policies: We use state of the art information security measures to maintain customer confidentiality.
